Rep. Ben Bumgarner, a Republican representing Texas House District 63 since 2023, used his social media platform to encourage civic participation and highlight legislative achievements in early November 2025.
On November 4, Bumgarner urged constituents to participate in the state’s constitutional amendment election. He posted, “Today’s election is your last chance to vote on key constitutional amendments. Get out and vote! Every vote matters!

The following day, November 5, Bumgarner’s social media account featured a personal message from his spouse. The post read: “Hey yall! This is Mindy hijacking Ben’s page for a quick birthday shoutout!
He works hard for our family and Denton County every day and today, he deserves to celebrate.
Help me wish my rock and best friend a very Happy Birthday! I love you https://t.co/p6s2xR4Ckh“.
Later that same day, Bumgarner expressed support for a legislative colleague with the statement: “Proud of @leachfortexas for getting this across the finish line in the house.”
Bumgarner was elected to represent Texas House District 63 in 2023, succeeding Tan Parker. As an active member of the Texas State House, he regularly communicates with constituents about elections and legislative developments.
