Congressman Roger Williams, Chairman of the House Committee on Small Business, responded to President Trump’s State of the Union Address delivered before a Joint Session of Congress.
“President Trump’s address to Congress delivered a clear message to our nation: the Golden Age of America is here,” said Chairman Williams. “Under his leadership, Republicans have delivered real results for Main Street, passing historic tax relief, reducing regulations, and giving small business owners the opportunity to succeed. I am grateful to have a president who puts American small businesses first. This Committee will continue to build upon the work of the Administration to make Main Street stronger and more prosperous.”
The statement comes as part of ongoing efforts by House Republicans to highlight legislative actions aimed at supporting small businesses through policy changes such as tax reductions and regulatory reforms.
