City of Colleyville issued the following announcement.
TxDOT and the City of Southlake will commence re-construction of the White Chapel Bridge, resulting in a full closure of the bridge on Monday, January 4, 2021. The City of Colleyville will begin construction of Pleasant Run Road from John McCain to the northern City Limits on the same start time as TxDOT/Southlake’s project. Pleasant Run Road will remain open for local traffic to allow ingress and egress for residents living in the Overlook Subdivision. The City’s project will be a full depth asphalt road rehabilitation with the construction of ribbon curbs. Also, it will include the installation of an improved stormwater sewer system along with water and wastewater line improvements as well. Construction notices have been mailed out to residents within the area.
