What happened to the median home valuation in Cedar Hill during the second half of 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Cedar Hill rose by $1,360 while total valuation increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 492 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $135,210 - a 1% increase over the $133,850 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 453 homes sold in Cedar Hill in the second half of 2017.
