Colleyville median home valuations fell by 1.1% in the second half of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Colleyville fell by $4,681 while total valuation increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 441 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $438,097 - a 1.1% decrease over the $442,778 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 418 homes sold in Colleyville in the second half of 2017.
