The median assessed value of a home sold in 2018 in Southlake fell by $10,168 while total valuation remained unchanged with 859 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 859 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $607,283 - a 1.6% decrease over the $617,451 median valuation for the previous year. There were 859 homes sold in Southlake in 2017, as well.
