The median assessed value of a home sold in December 2018 in Watauga fell by $2,755 while total valuation decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 55 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $130,587 - a 2.1% decrease over the $133,342 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Watauga in December 2017.
