WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Roger Williams (TX-25) issued the following statement following President Biden’s announcement on Tuesday morning:
“Since the moment he took office, Biden has put America last,” said Congressman Williams. “In just two years, his failed policies have destroyed a thriving economy, leaving Americans to suffer record-high inflation, out-of-control government spending, and crippling supply chain issues. Open border policies have wrecked families and communities across the country with devastating human trafficking and the influx of dangerous illicit drugs like fentanyl. The unborn have been constantly attacked by Biden's pro-abortion policies, allowing access to late-term abortions with no regard for life. We cannot afford to allow Biden to push his radical leftist policies down the throats of hard-working Americans. We must protect Main Street and put America first.”
