The City of Fort Worth's Community Action Partners (CAP) will start accepting applications for utility bill assistance in March at different community locations within Tarrant County. This initiative is designed to aid low-income residents with their electricity and gas or propane bills.

Applicants need to provide acceptable income verification documents to qualify. CAP staff will offer assistance on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility requires applicants to reside in Tarrant County and visit the specified center with all necessary documentation. The Arlington CAP Center, located at 401 W. Sanford St., Room 101, Arlington 76011, will open its offices at 9 a.m. on March 6 for this purpose.
