Watauga home valuations fell in 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2018 in Watauga fell by $917 while total valuation decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 716 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $129,084 - a 0.7% decrease over the $130,000 median valuation for the previous year. There were 741 homes sold in Watauga in 2017.
