How did home valuations perform in Trophy Club during 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2018 in Trophy Club rose by $6,346 while total valuation increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $318,341 - a 2% increase over the $311,995 median valuation for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Trophy Club in 2017.
