The 39th Annual Cowtown Great American Cleanup is next Saturday, March 23. Hosted by Keep Fort Worth Beautiful, it’s the largest annual litter cleanup and beautification event of the year. In 2023, Cowtown Cleanup volunteers removed more than 170,000 pounds of trash from our city.

All volunteers will be provided litter cleanup supplies, including trash bags and gloves. The first 4,500 volunteers to register will receive a free T-shirt, so register today, while supplies last. Sign up as an individual or a group at one of the pre-selected cleanup hubs, or choose a public area of your own. Visit the Cowtown Great American Cleanup website https://www.fortworthtexas.gov/cowtowncleanup to register.

Following the cleanup, all volunteers are invited to join the festivities at Earth Party. This celebration is to recognize all the hard work and cleanup efforts performed by volunteers, not only during Cowtown Cleanup but all year long. Volunteers will be treated to food and drinks, live music and entertainment, animal adoptions, exhibitor promotions, and the annual Trashion Fashion Show.

"The deadline for all Trashion Fashion Show submissions is quickly approaching. Get your runway-ready looks finalized and turned in to Keep Fort Worth Beautiful by Wednesday, March 20. KFWB@fortworthtexas.gov All submissions must be comprised of at least 50% trash or recyclable items. All participants will be invited to show off their works on stage at the Earth Party Celebration. Prizes will be awarded to selected winners."
