Fort Worth Animal Care & Control aims to match 300 pets with families during PetSmart National Adoption Week from July 15-21.
"We know this goal is achievable with help from our amazing pet-lover community."
For every pet adopted during the event, PetSmart Charities will donate to Fort Worth shelters. These funds will be used for heartworm treatment, enrichment supplies, and other necessities.
"This is the perfect time to adopt a pet! Gain a new furry friend and give back to another in the process."
