Children and youth with special needs are invited to the Adapted Fall Festival at Hulen Mall, located at 4800 S. Hulen St. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 19, from noon to 4 p.m., with activities taking place both inside the mall and in the parking lot near Red Robin restaurant.

The festival will feature a variety of activities including a pumpkin patch, face-painting, games, vendors, and more. The Fort Worth Police and Fire departments will be present to interact with attendees.

This inaugural event is organized by the Fort Worth Park & Recreation Department’s Dream Club. "The Dream Club offers fun, safe and comfortable recreational activities to people with all levels of abilities," said a representative from the department. "The program offers participants the opportunity to feel confident and socially involved."

Other partners for the festival include Hulen Mall, Fort Worth Police, Fort Worth Fire, Fort Worth ISD, Texas Health Resources, Cook Children’s Health Care System, and State Farm.

For more information about the event or to inquire further details, interested parties can contact Victoria Leach at 817-965-6859.
