Fort Worth Animal Care & Control is organizing the Home for the PAW-lidays adoption event on December 12 at New City Hall. The initiative aims to find homes for puppies, kittens, and adult animals while bringing festive joy.

The event offers animal enthusiasts a chance to meet adoptable animals in a welcoming setting. Those interested in adopting can meet various puppies and cats ready to join new families.

Adoption fees will be waived during the event, and each adopter will receive a gift bag with essentials for their new pet. Fort Worth Animal Care & Control is also collecting donations of bully sticks, Kongs, peanut butter, soft treats, Nylabones, and cat toys to provide festive gifts for pets awaiting adoption.

"Why adopt? Adopting a pet this holiday season means giving an animal a second chance at a loving home," states the organization.
