Gehrig Normand, former Birdville High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, March 21 in Division I NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Friday, March 21, former Birdville High School standout Gehrig Normand’s current collegiate team the Michigan State Spartans won 87-62 against the Bryant Bulldogs in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Rocket Arena, this was the first game against the Bryant Bulldogs during the championship.

The Michigan State Spartans’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 8:40 p.m. in Rocket Arena against New Mexico Lobos.

Gehrig Normand’s hometown is North Richland Hills and game position is guard.
