On Saturday, March 22, former Martin High School standout Kordelius Jefferson’s current collegiate team the Houston Cougars won 81-76 against the Gonzaga Bulldogs in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in INTRUST Bank Arena, this was the first game against the Gonzaga Bulldogs during the championship.

Kordelius Jefferson’s hometown is Bogue Chitto and game position is guard.
