The City of Fort Worth is organizing a Development 101 Workshop slated for Monday, April 28, from 1 to 3 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail. The workshop will focus on crucial aspects of the development process, specifically addressing the Infrastructure Plan Review Committee (IPRC), the Small Scale Infrastructure Program (SSIP), platting, and development agreements.

These components are crucial for keeping projects on track and in compliance, but are often misunderstood or ignored in early planning stages. The workshop aims to walkthrough these topics, explain recent updates and common challenges, and provide practical advice to prevent costly mistakes and delays.

The event is beneficial for those new to development in Fort Worth or for those in need of a refresher. The session is designed to help attendees better navigate city requirements.

Participation is free of charge, though registration is necessary. Interested individuals can register online.
