City of Euless recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Euless will be opening our buildings to the public on June 1.
All business may also be conducted either online, via email, by mail or by phone if desired.
As we work together to stop the spread of COVID-19, the City of Euless is taking steps to maintain a safe workplace and protect the health of our employees, our customers, visitors, and others. The City of Euless is opening our buildings on June 1 for regular business operations. We are asking you to follow these guidelines before entering the building:
1. Do not enter if you feel sick or have a fever.
2. Sanitizing stations will be available at the entrance of each building. Please use them to sanitize your hands and get a face covering if needed.
3. Please stay six feet away from all other customers and employees.
If desired, you can still take advantage of these other ways to reach city staff.
Access Euless
The best way to reach a Euless employee with a question, comment or concern is through Access Euless. These requests are automatically routed to the correct staff person and will allow us to communicate directly with you.
Euless Family Life Center
Fitness Center will open on June 1 to reduced occupancy and revised hours. You must pre-register online to be able to work out. In addition, some fitness classes will resume on to a limited schedule. Patrons must pre-register online.
Senior Center will remain closed.
Natatorium will remain closed.
Parks at Texas Star
The Parks at Texas Star will resume baseball practice on June 1 and games will begin on June 15.
Pay Your Water Bill
Online – Pay by credit card and/or view your bill online. Payments post immediately to your water account.
Mail – Please use the return envelope included with your bill and enclose the bottom portion of your bill along with a check or money order.
Bank Draft – To sign up for bank draft, complete the bank draft form and mail with a voided check from either your checking or savings account to:

Phone – Call our office at 817-685-1471 and we will be glad to take your credit card payment by phone for immediate processing.
Drop Off – For your convenience, two drop boxes are available 24 hours a day. One is located in our drive-thru at the back of our building and one is located in front of the entrance to our building. Payments will be processed on the next business day.
Municipal Court
Phone - For your convenience the Court has an Interactive Voice Response System which allows you to obtain citation information and/or pay your fine 24 hours a day. You will be required to provide your citation number or Driver's License number to access your information.
Online - If you are eligible for Deferred Disposition, you can pay your citation online.
Mail - Mail payment to Euless Municipal Court, 1102 W. Euless Blvd. Euless, TX 76040.
Drop Off – for your convenience, a drop box is available 24 hours a day in the parking lot in front of the Municipal Court. Payments will be processed on the next business day.
Phone – Call our office at 817-685-1460 and we will be glad to answer questions over the phone.
Texas Star/Raven's Grille
Raven's Grille - Is open for dine-in service at 50% occupancy and will continue taking orders for take-out or delivery service. Please call 817-685-1843 to place an order.
Texas Star Golf Course- Opened on May 1. Only one person per cart will be allowed unless you live in the same household.
Texas Star Conference Center - Open on June 1 for wedding receptions.
Library
E-Library: Get free access to books, audiobooks, videos, magazines, streaming video as well as research and homework databases.
Book Locker pickup 24/7: Patrons can reserve books online and pick up their item when it's ready at the Book Locker. Holds will expire after 3 days.
Temporary Library Curbside Service: No contact curbside pickup will be provided Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Online Card Registration: Patrons may register for a library card online then call us to complete the process, in order to access online resources without coming into the building.
Due Dates: Item due dates have been extended while the Library is closed and will not accrue overdue fines.
Animal Shelter Operations
The Euless Animal Shelter will open to reduced occupancy on June 1. Adoptions will be available by appointment only by calling 817-685-1594. Be prepared to answer screening questions when you make the appointment. If you feel sick, please stay home. Shelter access will be restricted to the lobby. Animal service calls will be ranked on a priority basis. All barking dog and nuisance complaints will be handled over the phone or via email rather than in person. Thank you for helping us continue to provide quality animal services to our community, in a safe environment.
Planning & Economic Development
Garage Sales – The City of Euless is now allowing garage sales, while strongly encouraging practices that will help maintain health and safety.
Online - Several Planning Applications, Residential Permits, Commercial Permits and Health Forms may be filled out online. After your application has been processed, a staff member will contact you by phone. Payment with a credit card may be made over the phone.
Drop Off – Payment with check and permit information may be placed in the Water Department’s Drop Box and a receipt will be emailed.
City Council Meetings
City Council Meetings are currently scheduled to take place. You may view these meetings in real time from the comfort of your home. The public will be able to view and participate in the meeting by video conference. Council meetings are also live streamed online as well as broadcast on Charter Cable Channel 16 or on Uverse Channel 99. If you would like to submit comments on specific agenda items via email prior to the meetings, using www.eulesstx.gov/commentform. You may also call 817-685-1434 or email the City Secretary’s Office.
