Yesterday afternoon, two of Fort Worth's 12 new street sweepers were unveiled at Old City Hall. The new fleet is expected to help clean dirt, debris, and trash from major streets, contributing to a cleaner and safer environment in the city.

City dignitaries and staff members attended the event to celebrate the arrival of the sweepers.

The city has announced a contest for residents to name the new street sweepers. Submissions are open until September 30, with winning names to be displayed on the vehicles by November. The contest is free and open to all Fort Worth residents.
