On Wednesday, October 9, Fort Worth students, parents, and community members are invited to join National Walk to School Day at Carter Park Elementary School, located at 1204 E. Broadus Ave. The City of Fort Worth’s Transportation & Public Works Department will be present to support the event.
"Let’s walk together on Oct. 9 to make Fort Worth a healthier, safer community."
This initiative encourages walking as a means to promote health and safety within the community.
