Fort Worth Municipal Court has introduced a new payment method for citations, allowing residents to use VanillaDirect Pay. This service enables individuals to pay fines with cash at local retailers such as CVS, Walgreens, and 7-Eleven.

The court aims to offer a more convenient payment option that does not require credit or debit cards. Instead, residents can complete their transactions using cash and a barcode provided by the system.

VanillaDirect Pay is designed to handle various types of citations, including traffic and parking violations as well as nontraffic offenses. The service seeks to simplify the payment process by reducing the need for courthouse visits.
