Fort Worth Water has introduced the SmartFlush CARE Program, aimed at assisting senior citizens in managing their water usage and expenses. This initiative offers eligible Fort Worth Water customers up to two toilets with free delivery and installation.

The program features the Kohler Highline Comfort Height K-3989 Class Five Dual Flush Toilet, which is priced at $354. It comes in white with an elongated bowl and meets ADA and handicapped compliance standards.

"Fort Worth Water understands that managing daily responsibilities can be overwhelming and stressful, especially for senior citizens," a spokesperson said. "That is why support and care are available through the SmartFlush CARE Program."

Older toilets, particularly those manufactured before 1994, consume between 3.5 to 7 gallons of water per flush. By replacing these with more efficient models, residents can significantly reduce their water consumption and lower their bills.

For more information on how to qualify or apply for this program, interested individuals are encouraged to contact Fort Worth Water directly.
