Starting Monday, Aug. 19, in-person business with Fort Worth Water Customer Relations will relocate to the fifth floor of the new City Hall at 100 Fort Worth Trail. Concurrently, operating hours will change to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The services affected by this move include in-person account services currently located at 908 Monroe St. Additionally, other in-person services from the lower level of Old City Hall will also transition to the new location on the same date.

All these services will continue to be offered at their current locations until close of business on Friday, Aug. 16.

However, the water customer contact center will remain open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., continuing to receive phone calls about account services. Other sections of the water utility located in Old City Hall and surrounding buildings will stay in their current office spaces for the next few months.
