The City’s Development Services Department will relocate to City Hall on Monday, Aug. 19. From this date, all in-person development-related services, including building permits, trades, plats, infrastructure, zoning, water development, backflow, and grease traps, will be available on the fifth floor of City Hall at 100 Fort Worth Trail.

The relocation aims to enhance customer service and streamline the development process by consolidating all necessary services in one location.

Due to the consolidation of services on one floor, there will be limited customer seating on the fifth floor. A new and simplified sign-in process will be introduced for customers seeking assistance with their development projects.
