Congressman Roger Williams of Texas will participate in a joint session of Congress today to count the electoral votes and certify the results of the 2024 presidential election. This process will officially declare Donald Trump as the 47th President of the United States.
"In November, the American people issued a clear mandate to our leaders to get our nation back on track," stated Congressman Williams. "I am honored to join my colleagues in counting and certifying the electoral votes. I look forward to the next four years working with President Trump to make America great again."
Williams serves as Chairman of the House Small Business Committee and is also a member of the House Financial Services Committee. He represents Texas's 25th Congressional District.
