As winter weather nears Fort Worth, residents are encouraged to report any emergency issues using the MyFW app. The app allows users to quickly and efficiently notify authorities of emergencies they encounter.

In addition to the app, the city's Customer Care site is available for reporting similar issues. "The City's field operations crews will handle your request as soon as possible," according to city officials.

To better manage weather-related emergencies, the MyFW app has introduced Emergency Categories that prioritize top emergency requests during such events.
