Patrice Randle returns as Fort Worth's city auditor

Patrice Randle has been selected as Fort Worth’s city auditor, effective July 1. Randle previously served as the city auditor from November 2013 to December 2021 before resigning to start her private business, Randle Consulting LLC. She returned to the City of Fort Worth in February 2024 as interim city auditor.

In her role, Randle directs performance and compliance audits, identifies process and internal deficiencies, makes recommendations to mitigate risks, and reports current and emergency risks to City management and the Audit Committee.

Earlier in her career, she served as city auditor in Arlington, accounting manager in Irving, and senior internal auditor for Dallas Area Rapid Transit. Randle holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Sam Houston State University and is a certified public accountant.
