The annual Neighborhood Litter Stomp event is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5, from 8-11 a.m., and registration is still open. The event encourages community members to spend time outdoors and contribute to the cleanliness of their neighborhoods.

Keep Fort Worth Beautiful organizes this citywide litter cleanup each fall to promote litter source control and community pride. Volunteers can choose any area within the city to clean up, including neighborhoods, schools, City parks, or other public areas in Fort Worth. This initiative provides an opportunity for friends, family, and neighbors to come together for a common cause.

Participants can join as groups or individually. The first 1,000 volunteers who register will receive a free T-shirt while supplies last. Cleanup supplies will also be provided. Registration is available online through the Neighborhood Litter Stomp website.

Upon submitting their registration forms, participants will receive confirmation. Supplies and T-shirts can be picked up on Friday, Oct. 4, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Hazel Harvey Peace Center for Neighborhoods located at 818 Missouri Ave., Fort Worth.

For additional information or inquiries about the event, contact Keep Fort Worth Beautiful at 817-392-2046 or via email.
