The Community Action Partners (CAP) division of the city will start accepting applications for its utility bill payment assistance program on Monday, February 3.
For the month of February, applicants are required to submit their applications online as paper forms will not be available. The application link can be found on CAP's webpage.
Throughout the year, CAP plans to host outreach sessions to assist applicants who need help with the process. During these events, paper applications will be provided. Details about these sessions can be accessed on CAP’s webpage and social media platforms.
Applicants should be aware that there might be delays in processing their applications.
Community Action Partners functions as the Community Action Agency for Tarrant County, offering a range of services to support economically disadvantaged individuals, families, and elderly residents.
